This is an interactive three-month online programme for business owners, brought to you by The Icehouse. You will have the opportunity to rethink aspects of your business and reset for the future. The programme is perfect for owners of businesses with turnover between $1M and $3M.
This comprehensive programme valued at $3,650 per person, is exclusively offered to Te Hiku Businesses for ONLY $350 per person.
During this three-month online programme, business owners will benefit from facilitated sessions and self-moderated peer group discussions, with a highly skilled and experienced Icehouse facilitator. Sessions are interactive and inclusive, and are designed to get participants thinking about what they need to do to retool and refocus their business.
In the final session of Taking Your Business Forward you will develop and present a clear 90-day plan with goals based on where you see your business going and what is required to execute this.
