The Sales Training Workshop is brought to you by Blah Blah Marketing.

Sales of products and services come easy to some and harder for others. Often, it is about understanding the product that you are selling, doing research, and identifying reasons for your customers to buy. Once your sales staff have a thorough understanding of their particular product, they can become "experts in their field’ and sales is often a lot easier with some extra tools under their belt to help the process. Sales should be an enjoyable experience for both the customer and the employee!

The toolbox salespeople will gain, will include the following skills:

- To communicate openly and directly

- Quick decision-making – suggestions around what product would suit their customers’ needs/wants

- Problem-solving – working to the clients budget, timeframes, and other specifications
