About the event

The Marketing Warrant of Fitness workshop is brought to you by Blah Blah Marketing.

In this workshop we will:

• Look at each business’s overall game plan, its direction, and its goals.

• Review and develop where the business is currently with their marketing.

• Develop a high level marketing plan, suited to their budget, their abilities, their customers, and their products.

• Identify where they need extra training to complete strategies and plans, thus supporting business resilience.

Giving the business owner or manager knowledge and capability on how to look at, analyse, and identify areas to enable them to develop their own marketing strategy (we suggest all businesses need to analyse their strategy annually)

• Who you are.

• What you do—what you do best or worst.

• Where does the business sit in your market?

• Who are your customers and competitors?

• Marketing tactics.

Marketing Plan

A good marketing plan is a blueprint for marketing your products and services. Giving the business owner the capability to do a detailed step-by-step guide to delivering their marketing strategy and, from that, setting clear, realistic, and measurable activities that will give the business owner the following learning outcomes:

• Create a plan for marketing products and services. Pull all aspects of marketing into one place: traditional print, digital, social media activities, PR, etc.

• Identify specific marketing activities.

• Work to deadlines, budgets, and staffing allocations.

• Set, implement, and meet marketing objectives.

• Ongoing evaluation and refinement

Outcomes for the business:

• An overview of the marketing strategy and a marketing plan going forwards to fit with their specific budget, timelines, and identified needs.

• Identifying marketing training to build each individual business' resilience
