About the event

The Mana Mindset Business Well-being Wānanga is delivered over two days, on Wednesday July 19th, and Thursday July 20th, ONLINE via Zoom from 9.30 am to 2.30 pm daily. ​ 

After the wānanga participants also receive a 1-on-1 coaching session via Zoom. 

This personal development journey focuses on self-awareness through identifying your beliefs, understanding your core values, designing a purpose-focused vision, setting goals, and re-identifying with yourself.

If you would like to:

  • Increase your energy levels and physical health.
  • Learn supportive new techniques to better understand and manage stress and mental health. ​
  • Connect with yourself and others through positive and healthy relationships. ​

The online delivery tools include a workbook that can be accessed digitally. Breakout room sessions are also included to encourage participation and collaboration among attendees. Life coaching tools are provided to help attendees with personal development and growth. Additionally, links to supporting material are available to provide further resources and information.

The Mana Mindset Well-being wānanga was created by INLP practitioner Tania Rupapera (Ngāti Kahu, Ngā Ruahine) where she applied her coaching experience and knowledge gained over the past two decades. She co-facilitates it with Toroa Ngaia Cruden (Ngā Ruahine ko Taranaki)
