  • 7 SIMPLE Skills: Learn seven essential skills that make a significant difference in coaching and mentoring conversations. These skills include active listening, paraphrasing, summarizing, mirroring, open-ended questioning, reflecting, and reframing.
  • Questions Not Answers: Emphasize the importance of using questions to encourage critical thinking and self-reflection in individuals. Discover how to ask powerful questions that stimulate insights, self-discovery, and goal clarity.
  • Power of Positive Feedback: Understand the impact of providing constructive and supportive feedback. Learn how to deliver feedback effectively to motivate and inspire individuals.
  • 4-Step Tool for Coaching Conversations: Master a practical four-step framework for structuring coaching conversations. This tool provides a clear structure for setting goals, exploring options, defining actions, and evaluating progress.
