Anti-Theft, Robbery Management & Lockdown Workshop

In a team environment, no one is redundant when dealing with violence. Each staff member has a role to assist in the safety of all. Within this workshop, appropriate skills are demonstrated, explained, and thoroughly discussed to achieve confidence and member empowerment.

1. STORE SETUP Location of counter, observation of all areas, location, and positioning of valuable items.
2. STAFF MANAGEMENT Staff coverage of critical areas, customer service skills, dealing with suspicious customers.
3. SECURITY INTERVENTION How security and staff can work together to manage a threatening or trespass situation to ensure safety, confirming responsibilities of the security team.
4. POST RECOVERY Learn strategies to support recovery after a stressful event. Focus on strengthening personal and team-wide wellbeing, rather than creating blame and anxiety.
